NOW THAT'S A GINGERBREAD MAN!

On November 12, 2009, this gingerbread man, weighing 1,435 pounds, was unveiled by Sultan Kosen, the world's tallest man ( 8 ', 1") at an Ikea store in Oslo, Norway.  Although this Guinness record may have been broken since, it was the largest at that time.  Big? Yes!  But not a very good-looking cookie, is it?

And, speaking of gingerbread.  Again.  I have to bite my tongue every morning when I grab my Dunkin Donuts coffee to avoid ordering one of their gingerbread muffins, too!  They are deLISH!
